After registration, the setup wizard guides you through the basic steps. First, you define your organization and add the data protection officer's contact details. Then you can create processing activities and invite employees. Our support team is happy to assist you with any questions.
Yes, with limitations. Only contacts and training participants can be imported directly via the user interface, using XLSX files with column mapping. For all other data – such as processing activities, DPAs, or audits – we offer a paid import service.
In the training module, you can create your own training sessions. Use either pre-built sample training or create new ones from PowerPoint presentations. Add learning units with images or videos and include exam questions. Participation can be made mandatory for employees.
The DPIA can be conducted directly in preeco | data protection. Create a new risk analysis, assess the processing by severity and probability, and document your protective measures. The results are automatically logged and can be exported as needed.
