How can I change the responsible person in the organization settings?
You change the responsible person of an organization under Settings > Organizations by opening the organization, clicking Edit and adjusting the details in the General or Legal information section. Data protection officers are maintained and assigned separately under Settings > Data protection officers.
If a different entry is required as the responsible person (for example managing director / management) in the organization settings, this can be changed in the master data of the respective organization.
Proceed as follows:
- In the left sidebar, click Settings and select the entry Organizations.
- In the table, click the organization concerned to open its detail page.
- Click Edit at the top right.
- In the General section, adjust the details of the person in charge (First name, Last name, Position), or the Managing director / management field in the Legal information section.
- Click Save.
The assigned data protection officers, on the other hand, are managed under Settings > Data protection officers, where you also assign them to the organizations.
