Product Manager preeco | data protection & preeco | information security (f/m/d)
As Product Manager, you are responsible for the development of preeco | data protection and preeco | information security – two products that share one platform. You translate regulatory requirements – GDPR, ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS2, BSI IT-Grundschutz – into well-thought-out, practical features: from the record of processing activities, DPIAs and TOMs to risk management, the Statement of Applicability and audit workflows. This includes product ownership of the AI features in both products: you decide where AI takes real work off our users' hands, define how the quality of AI results is measured, and take these features to release together with our development team. You prioritise the roadmap, write precise specifications and actively gather feedback from customers, data protection officers and information security officers.
Your own working day runs on AI agents: regulatory monitoring, market research, competitive analyses and first drafts of specifications are prepared by agents that you set up yourself and keep improving. You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS, legal tech or compliance environment – or you come from practice as a data protection or information security officer or consultant and want to bring your expertise into a product. Standards such as the GDPR and ISO 27001 are part of your everyday work; a legal background, for example in business law, is an advantage. You communicate confidently in German; good English skills are an advantage.

Outbound Sales Manager, Direct Sales (f/m/d)
You win new customers – from the first contact to the signature. You identify suitable companies, research the right contacts and open conversations by phone, email and LinkedIn. You present our products for data protection, information security, whistleblower protection and sustainability yourself in online demos, address the specific requirements of the people you talk to, prepare proposals and lead the negotiation through to closing. You build your own pipeline and keep it clean in the CRM; you continuously refine target groups, campaigns and call guides. Like every position at preeco, this is an inside role: you work online and by phone, with no travel.
Research, lead qualification and personalised outreach are prepared by AI agents that you set up yourself and improve week by week – leaving more time for real conversations. You bring at least 3 years of experience in outbound or direct sales, ideally in a SaaS or IT environment. Rejection doesn't throw you off: you stay friendly, persistent and structured, enjoy being on the phone and present convincingly. Software that needs explaining doesn't put you off – you get to grips with compliance topics and talk to managing directors, IT managers and data protection officers as equals. You communicate confidently in German; good English skills are an advantage.

AI Software Architect (f/m/d)
As an AI Software Architect at preeco, you shape the technological future of our compliance software. You are responsible for the architecture and strategic development of our applications and actively drive the integration of AI systems – from designing intelligent agents and automated workflows to implementing LLM-powered features that deliver real value to our customers. You set the standards for technical excellence, conduct code reviews, and serve as a sparring partner for our entire development team.
You have at least 5 years of experience in software architecture and backend development, ideally with Laravel/PHP. The deployment and integration of AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, CrewAI, LangChain) into production software systems is not only your passion but your daily practice. You know current patterns like RAG, Function Calling, MCP, and Agentic Workflows inside and out and know when and how to use them effectively.

Working Student / Master's Thesis (f/m/d) – Product Management at preeco | sustainability
Working Student · Master's Thesis · approx. 15–20 h/week
preeco | sustainability is our central software solution for CSRD-compliant ESG reporting – supporting all ESRS standards, automated greenhouse gas accounting (Scope 1–3) according to the GHG Protocol and double materiality analysis. To further develop this product, we are looking for a motivated student to actively support our product management team – as a working student, as part of a master's thesis, or a combination of both formats.
You analyze CSRD/ESRS requirements and translate them into actionable product requirements, contribute to the product roadmap, work on the GHG Protocol methodology, and conduct user and competitive analyses. You are currently studying (master's or advanced bachelor's) sustainable management, business administration, business informatics, or similar, are interested in sustainability, ESG, and regulation, and have very good German skills.
This position is created in cooperation with the Institute for Sustainable Corporate Management of Prof. Dr. Martin Müller (Ulm University); master's theses are scientifically supervised on a topic-fit basis.
