As an experienced member of our Customer Success team, you proactively maintain contact with our customers – via email, chat, phone, or video conference. With your extensive experience, you guide customers through complex inquiries, anticipate their needs, and ensure lasting retention and success in using our applications.
You have at least 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Support – ideally in the SaaS or IT industry. You communicate confidently in German; good English skills are an advantage. The confident and routine use of AI tools and AI agents for efficiency improvement, request prioritization, and enhancement of customer communication is second nature to you.

Account & Sales Manager, Inside Sales (f/m/d)
In our Sales and Account Service team, you show prospects and customers the proper use of our software and discuss specific requirements. This primarily takes place online and by phone. Congresses and trade fairs are the exception. Video and phone conferences are part of your daily routine, and you can fully express your personable nature here.
You bring at least 5 years of experience in inside sales or account management – ideally in a SaaS or IT environment. The routine use of AI tools and AI agents for preparing customer meetings, creating proposals, and optimizing your daily work is second nature to you.

AI Software Architect (f/m/d)
As an AI Software Architect at preeco, you shape the technological future of our compliance software platform. You are responsible for the architecture and strategic development of our applications and actively drive the integration of AI systems – from designing intelligent agents and automated workflows to implementing LLM-powered features that deliver real value to our customers. You set the standards for technical excellence, conduct code reviews, and serve as a sparring partner for our entire development team.
You have at least 5 years of experience in software architecture and backend development, ideally with Laravel/PHP. The deployment and integration of AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, CrewAI, LangChain) into production software systems is not only your passion but your daily practice. You know current patterns like RAG, Function Calling, MCP, and Agentic Workflows inside and out and know when and how to use them effectively.

Product Manager (f/m/d) – Compliance Software
As a Product Manager at preeco, you take responsibility for the content design and development of our platforms. In close collaboration with our development team, you explore new compliance fields such as data protection, information security, whistleblower protection, and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) and develop corresponding products or features. A strong affinity for compliance and software topics as well as a legal background, for example as a business lawyer, is an advantage.
You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS or Legal Tech environment. The targeted use of AI tools and AI agents for market analysis, feature prioritization, competitive research, and acceleration of product decisions is your lived practice.

Working Student / Master's Thesis (f/m/d) – Product Management at preeco | nachhaltigkeit
Working Student · Master's Thesis · approx. 15–20 h/week
preeco | nachhaltigkeit is our central software solution for CSRD-compliant ESG reporting – supporting all ESRS standards, automated greenhouse gas accounting (Scope 1–3) according to the GHG Protocol and double materiality analysis. To further develop this product, we are looking for a motivated student to actively support our product management team – as a working student, as part of a master's thesis, or a combination of both formats.
You analyze CSRD/ESRS requirements and translate them into actionable product requirements, contribute to the product roadmap, work on the GHG Protocol methodology, and conduct user and competitive analyses. You are currently studying (master's or advanced bachelor's) sustainable management, business administration, business informatics, or similar, are interested in sustainability, ESG, and regulation, and have very good German skills.
This position is created in cooperation with the Institute for Sustainable Corporate Management of Prof. Dr. Martin Müller (Ulm University); master's theses are scientifically supervised on a topic-fit basis.
