Product Manager DSMS / ISMS (f/m/d)
As Product Manager for preeco | data protection and preeco | information security, you are responsible for the content and functional development of our data protection management system (DSMS) and information security management system (ISMS). You translate regulatory requirements – GDPR, ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS2, BSI IT-Grundschutz – into well-thought-out, practical features: from records of processing activities, DPIAs, and TOMs to risk management, Statement of Applicability, and audit workflows. Together with our development team, you prioritize the roadmap, write precise specifications, accompany features from idea to release, and actively gather feedback from customers, data protection officers, and information security officers.
You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS, Legal Tech, or compliance environment – or you come from hands-on practice as a data protection or information security officer or consultant and want to bring your expertise into a product. Standards like GDPR and ISO 27001 are not new territory for you but your daily work; a legal background, for example as a business lawyer, is an advantage. The targeted use of AI tools and AI agents for market analysis, feature prioritization, competitive research, and acceleration of product decisions is your lived practice. You communicate confidently in German; good English skills are an advantage.

Account & Sales Manager, Inside Sales (f/m/d)
In our Sales and Account team, you are the first point of contact for prospects and customers: you qualify incoming inquiries, present our products in online demos, discuss specific requirements, create proposals, and accompany the entire journey from first contact to closing. And you stay on it afterwards: you look after existing customers, identify opportunities for expansion, and build long-term, trusting customer relationships. All of this primarily takes place online and by phone – congresses and trade fairs are the exception. Video and phone conferences are part of your daily routine, and you can fully express your personable nature here.
You bring at least 5 years of experience in inside sales or account management – ideally in a SaaS or IT environment. Software that requires explanation doesn't scare you off: you enjoy diving into topics like data protection, information security, whistleblower protection, and sustainability, and advise prospects at eye level. The routine use of AI tools and AI agents for preparing customer meetings, creating proposals, and optimizing your daily work is second nature to you. You communicate confidently in German; good English skills are an advantage.

AI Software Architect (f/m/d)
As an AI Software Architect at preeco, you shape the technological future of our compliance software platform. You are responsible for the architecture and strategic development of our applications and actively drive the integration of AI systems – from designing intelligent agents and automated workflows to implementing LLM-powered features that deliver real value to our customers. You set the standards for technical excellence, conduct code reviews, and serve as a sparring partner for our entire development team.
You have at least 5 years of experience in software architecture and backend development, ideally with Laravel/PHP. Working Student / Master's Thesis (f/m/d) – Product Management at preeco | sustainability
Working Student · Master's Thesis · approx. 15–20 h/week
preeco | sustainability is our central software solution for CSRD-compliant ESG reporting – supporting all ESRS standards, automated greenhouse gas accounting (Scope 1–3) according to the GHG Protocol and double materiality analysis. To further develop this product, we are looking for a motivated student to actively support our product management team – as a working student, as part of a master's thesis, or a combination of both formats.
You analyze CSRD/ESRS requirements and translate them into actionable product requirements, contribute to the product roadmap, work on the GHG Protocol methodology, and conduct user and competitive analyses. You are currently studying (master's or advanced bachelor's) sustainable management, business administration, business informatics, or similar, are interested in sustainability, ESG, and regulation, and have very good German skills.
This position is created in cooperation with the Institute for Sustainable Corporate Management of Prof. Dr. Martin Müller (Ulm University); master's theses are scientifically supervised on a topic-fit basis.
