preeco is a family of multi-tenant compliance software products (SaaS) from Germany: preeco | data protection for GDPR, preeco | information security for NIS2 and BSI IT-Grundschutz, preeco | whistleblower for the EU Whistleblower Directive / HinSchG, and preeco | sustainability for ESG/CSRD. Each product is licensed and usable independently. Development and hosting take place in Germany – Cloud and Private Cloud in the ISO 27001-certified data centers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Nuremberg and Falkenstein), On-Premises in your own infrastructure.

preeco is designed for companies, public institutions, and external compliance service providers (data protection officers, information security officers, ombudspersons) who need to continuously implement and demonstrate GDPR, NIS2, or CSRD requirements. It is particularly suitable for sensitive industries such as healthcare, financial services, and public administration.

Cloud and Private Cloud data is stored exclusively in the ISO 27001-certified data centers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. You can choose between cloud hosting on preeco servers, private cloud (dedicated virtual server), or on-premises installation in your own data center.

Technical setup is completed within 48 hours (working days) after contract signing. Familiarization with the core features takes 2-4 hours. For complete GDPR documentation, plan for 4-12 weeks depending on company size. Our sales process prepares you for using the software, and our support team is available during business hours.
