Cloud and Private Cloud options are hosted in ISO 27001-certified Hetzner Online GmbH data centers in Germany (Nuremberg, Falkenstein). The data centers run on 100% green electricity. Daily backups with 7-day retention, AES-256 encrypted as password-protected archives, plus daily off-site backup at the Hetzner Falkenstein data center. Guaranteed availability: 99.0% per calendar month. All data transmission is end-to-end SSL/TLS encrypted.

Frequently Asked Questions about Hosting
A switch to higher isolation is possible at any time: from Cloud to Private Cloud, from Cloud to On-Premises, or from Private Cloud to On-Premises. However, a switch back to the Cloud is not possible. Our migration experts support you in moving your data and configuration to the new infrastructure without operational interruption.
Our Cloud and Private Cloud options are operated in ISO 27001-certified Hetzner Online GmbH data centers in Germany – primary location Nuremberg, off-site backup at the Falkenstein data center. Personal data is not transmitted to third countries.
Yes, with Cloud and Private Cloud hosting, daily automated backups are created. Backups are retained for 7 days and stored as password-protected, AES-256 encrypted archive files. Off-site backups are created daily at the Hetzner Falkenstein data center. Backups can be restored if needed. With On-Premises, the backup strategy is your responsibility.
We guarantee 99.0% availability (SLA) per calendar month – for Cloud and Private Cloud. This is equivalent to a maximum downtime of approximately 87.7 hours per year. For On-Premises, availability is agreed individually.
Support is included in all hosting options. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except German public holidays), in German and English; extended 24/7 on-call support can be booked optionally. Standard support covers email support / ticket system and online chat (subject to availability); phone support is available as an optional premium package. Response times by priority: Cloud – Critical 4 hrs, High 8 hrs, Normal 2 business days, Low 5 business days. Private Cloud – Critical 2 hrs, High 4 hrs, Normal 1 business day, Low 3 business days. Private Cloud customers also have dedicated contacts available.
