Overview of consents and information obligations in preeco
You obtain an overview of the consents in the Declarations of consent module and of the information obligations in the Information obligations module; both tables can be exported. For an annual activity report, these contents can additionally be prepared as a status report via the Reports module.

For an annual accountability or activity report, an overview of the existing consents and information obligations can be compiled in preeco.
- You retrieve consents in the Declarations of consent module (left-hand menu under Contracts) as an overview table. There you see the status, designation, assigned information obligation and the consenting person, and you can export the table as DOCX, PDF or XLSX if required.
- You manage information obligations in the module of the same name (left-hand menu under Processing activities) and can likewise export them as a table. Via the Reports module, these contents can additionally be prepared for a status report.
