Which video providers can I use for videos in trainings?

The video you want to embed must begin and end with an <iframe> tag. The choice of video provider is therefore entirely up to you. The only requirement is that the chosen video provider makes an iframe embedding code available

To embed a video as an <iframe>, copy the provided embedding code from the video platform (e.g. YouTube) by clicking on "Share" and then "Embed". Insert this code at the desired location in your training template.

Data protection when embedding external videos

An embedded video is loaded directly from the video provider's server when the slide is opened. Check in advance which participant data the provider processes in the process and where it hosts the videos. Training records for data protection and information security

Trainings with video slides are documented in preeco | datenschutz like any other training:

• Track participations: Under "Trainings > Training participations" you see the status "New", "In progress" or "Completed" for each participant, plus the result "Passed" or "Failed". Via "Actions" you export the list as DOCX, PDF or XLSX.
• Download certificates: If the training is marked as certifiable and was completed with "Passed", you download the certificate of participation as a PDF.
• Evidence requirements: preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit run on the same platform. In preeco | informationssicherheit you load standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, BSI C5 or TISAX as a requirements specification and track the degree of fulfilment in the "ISMS cockpit". You attach the training record as evidence to the matching requirement, with a "Valid until" date for the annual repetition.
