In preeco | data protection and preeco | information security, you can give the contractual partner of a data processing agreement the ability to add further files, change files or delete them. First define in the editing view which attachments your contractual partner is allowed to edit.

You control this by ticking the box at "Yes, the contractual partner should have the option" via the "Request feedback from contractual partner" function to add, change or delete further files. You can of course review these entries afterwards before signing.

In the read view, under "Actions > Request feedback from contractual partner", you will find the function to send the contractual partner a link to a form for supplementing the necessary information. He or she receives an email with a link and the request to supplement the data. As soon as your contractual partner has supplemented the data, you receive an email notification.

Until when feedback is possible

The feedback round ends when signing begins: as soon as the contract has the status Presented for signature, feedback can no longer be requested, and a request sent earlier can no longer be answered. If you want to change the text after that, set the contract back via its status – note that all signatures already provided are deleted in the process.
