Restricting export access to task lists in preeco | data protection
Export access to task lists cannot be restricted separately in the DSMS, because the function rights of the Tasks module under Settings > User groups and rights do not include a dedicated export permission. Anyone who may see tasks can also export them. A tailored restriction would only be feasible via a custom package with support (estimated at approx. 1.5 person-weeks).
In preeco | data protection it is currently not possible to restrict export access to task lists separately. Permissions are assigned under Settings > User groups and rights via the Functions of the Tasks module (e.g. Show in menu, Read, Edit, Create, Delete). A separate permission for the export alone is not provided there: anyone who may see the tasks according to their affiliations can also export the list.
