The "Contractual partner 1" field is empty – solution when selecting the organization
If the "Contractual partner 1" field remains empty in a contract under Art. 26 GDPR, the wrong organization is usually active. Select "All my organizations" via the organization selection in the top right so that the available contractual partners are displayed correctly. Contractual partner 1 is always an organization of your own team. Note that business units are not permitted as contractual partners; only companies and departments can be selected.
When creating a contract under Art. 26 GDPR, the "Contractual partner 1" field can remain empty if the wrong organization is selected.
Solution: Make sure that you select "All my organizations" in the top right corner. This displays the list of available contractual partners correctly. Contractual partner 1 is always an organization of your own team.
Note: Business units (areas) are not permitted as contractual partners. Only companies (COMPANY) and departments (DEPARTMENT) can be selected as contractual partners.
