Why is the department not shown in the link/URL of the information obligations?
By default, only the company and the division are shown in the URL/publication of an information obligation, but not the department. If you want to state the department, add it while editing the information obligation in the Responsibilities section via the free text fields Controller or Responsibilities.
When a link/URL is created in the information obligations, only the company and the division are shown by default in the controller details, but not the department.
The reason for this is that the department is not automatically adopted as the controller in the information obligation. If you still want the department to be displayed, you can store it while editing the information obligation in the Responsibilities section: enter the desired details in the free text field Controller or Responsibilities. The department then appears in the published privacy policy.
