Why can users not edit text modules in information obligations?

Editing text modules is controlled by the user group under Settings > User groups and permissions and by the affiliation of the text modules. If a text module cannot be edited in information obligations, check the category and organization assignment of the module as well as the permissions of the user group.

Last updated:

Whether users can edit text modules in information obligations depends on the assigned user group and on the affiliations stored for the text modules. The permission to create and edit text modules is granted under Settings > User groups and permissions in the Features section for the Text modules module.

The permission applies to text modules in general, but it always takes effect only within the organizations to which the user and the respective text module are assigned (affiliation). If users cannot make changes to text modules in information obligations, check whether the text modules concerned are assigned to the correct text module category and to the matching organizations, and whether the user group has the corresponding edit permission.
