Configuring the AI standard instruction at team level
Under "Settings > Integrations", administrators can store a standard instruction in the "AI provider" section that is prefixed to every AI action. This allows role, tone and compliance requirements (for example relevant rule sets such as the GDPR) to be controlled consistently across the team. The instruction is adjusted and saved via the "Edit" button.
In the team settings under Settings > Integrations, administrators can store a standard instruction in the AI provider section. This system prompt is prefixed to all AI actions and defines, among other things, role, tone and compliance requirements. This ensures a consistent use of the AI functions within the team – for example to specify the rule sets to be taken into account (such as the GDPR).
To edit it, click Edit in the AI provider section, adjust the standard instruction and save.
