Resetting your password via the "Forgotten your password" function
Using "Forgotten your password?" on the login page, you request a reset link with your email address and set a new, immediately valid password via that link. If you do not receive the email, first check your spam folder and otherwise contact support.

If you no longer know your password, you can reset it using the "Forgotten your password?" function.
- On the login page, click "Forgotten your password?" below the password field.
- Enter the email address stored for you and click "Reset password".
- You will then receive an email containing a link that is valid for a limited time. This link takes you to the page "Your new password".
- Set a new password and confirm it with "Save new password". The new password is valid immediately.
Make sure that the email does not end up in your spam folder. If you have not received the email, check your spam filter or contact support.
