You document incidents in the "Data breaches" module. For the report to the authority under Art. 33 GDPR, you create concrete reports from reusable report templates and download them as PDF. For a low-threshold intake of reports, embeddable forms for reports are available; their submissions appear as reports and can be linked to an incident record.
In the Data breaches module (left-hand menu under "Requests and incidents") you document incidents and manage the associated reports and report templates for the notification to the supervisory authority under Art. 33 GDPR.
Report templates are reusable structures that you create via New and adjust via Edit (designation, affiliation, structural contents and section headings). From a template you create a report on a specific incident record via New, which can then be edited and downloaded as a PDF.
