When revising processing activities, affiliation conflicts can occur if text modules or linked documents are assigned to a different organization than the processing activity itself. This results in messages stating that permissions are missing. To resolve this, administrators should check and align the affiliation (organization assignment) of the elements involved.

Check the affiliation of the documents and text modules concerned and make sure that the person using them has access to the respective organization through their affiliation. The organization assignment of documents can be adjusted while editing in the Affiliation section or via the bulk action Change affiliations; administrators manage user affiliations under Settings > Users.
