A G1 report discloses your ESRS information on business conduct. You generate the six disclosure sections from the data in your governance modules, refine the texts, and then download the report as a document.

Prerequisites

  • At least one organization has been created for the team.
  • At least one reporting period has been created for the team.
  • You are signed in to your team and have the administrator role.

Create the report

  1. Open “Governance → G1 Reports” in the left menu.
  2. In the “G1 Reports” section, click “Create report” at the top right. The page dialog “New G1 Business Conduct Report” opens.
  3. Complete the “Report details” section. “Report title”, “Organization” and “Reporting period” are mandatory fields.
  4. Click “Create report”. The report appears in the table with status “Draft”, version v1, and completeness 0%.

Complete sections G1-1 to G1-6

The new report contains the six ESRS G1 disclosures, all initially in status “Not started”:

  • “G1-1 Policies on business conduct”
  • “G1-2 Supplier management”
  • “G1-3 Prevention and detection”
  • “G1-4 Confirmed incidents”
  • “G1-5 Political engagement”
  • “G1-6 Payment practices”
  1. In the “G1 Reports” table, click the row of the report and open the “Disclosure sections” tab on the detail page.
  2. Open “Actions → Generate all sections”. Sections G1-1 to G1-5 switch to status “Generated” and receive text content generated from the module data.
  3. For the section you want to refine, click “Edit” and revise the mandatory field “Presentation” in the “Descriptive content” section. Automatically generated content is marked “AI-generated”. Use “Regenerate with AI” to create the text again, or “Save” to keep your version.
  4. For the section “G1-6 Payment practices”, click “Enter data” and record the “Payment terms” and the “Overdue amounts”. The sum of the ranges must match the total overdue amount. Then click “Save”.

Export the report

  1. On the report detail page, open “Actions → Export report”. The side dialog “Export report” opens.
  2. In the “Export configuration” section, select one of the options in the mandatory field “Export format”: “PDF — Formatted disclosure document”, “Word — Editable .docx”, or “XBRL — Machine-readable iXBRL (ESEF)”.
  3. Click “Export”. The file is downloaded; the file name is derived from the report title.

If you export a report in draft status, the dialog points out that PDF and Word exports contain a DRAFT watermark on every page.

Practical tip: Generate all sections automatically first, then revise the texts section by section. Feel free to export drafts at an early stage for internal review — the DRAFT watermark always makes it clear that this is not the final version. You will receive an export without a watermark once the report has been approved or locked.
