Activate your access and join your team

How new users accept their invitation to preeco | data protection, activate their access and join their team.

If you have been invited to preeco | data protection by an administrator, you will receive an invitation email. This article explains how to activate your access and join your team.

Step 1 – Open the invitation email:
Open the email you received from preeco | data protection. It contains a personal invitation link. Click on this link to start the registration process.

Step 2 – Set up your account:
You will be redirected to a page where you set your password. Choose a secure password and confirm it by entering it again. Read and, if applicable, accept the terms of use.

Step 3 – Set up two-factor authentication (if required):
If the administrator has set two-factor authentication as mandatory for your team, you will be prompted to set up 2FA directly after setting your password. Follow the instructions on the screen and connect an authenticator app.

Step 4 – Log in and get started:
After setup, you are automatically logged in and see your team's dashboard. You are now a full member of the team and can immediately use the areas released for you.

Note: For security reasons, the invitation link is only valid for a limited time. If the link has expired, ask your administrator to send the invitation again.

Tip: Save the URL of the login page as a bookmark in your browser so that you can quickly open preeco | data protection in the future.
