Two-factor authentication no longer possible

If the device used for 2FA is lost, it can only be removed by preeco support. To do so, a request must be sent from the registered email address to\_support@preeco.de\_.

If a user can no longer use their 2FA, for example because the device was lost, the 2FA can only be removed by preeco support.



To delete a user's 2FA, it is necessary to send this request from the desired email address to support@preeco.de.
