Reseller - creating tenants

Resellers can create new tenants independently in preeco | data protection under Settings, Organizations and Tenants. During setup, the name, the number of employees, the optional training module and the start of the contract term are defined. After creation, existing organizations such as companies, areas and departments can be assigned to the tenant via the edit function.

In preeco | data protection, resellers can create and manage their tenants independently. Tenant management is located under "Settings > Organizations" under the menu item Tenants.

A new tenant can be created via the "New" button.

When setting up a new tenant, you enter the name of the tenant and optionally notes in the "General" area.

In the "Costs" area you select the number of employees of your tenant and define whether the training module should be booked for this tenant. The training module makes it possible to use trainings for the respective tenant. Then you set the start of the contract term. The end of the first contract term is determined automatically and is always one year from the chosen start date. After the end of the first contract term, the tenant is automatically renewed for another year at a charge. Should the number of employees change at a later point in time, please inform us about it. We will then adjust this accordingly.

Afterwards you can assign the organizations already booked to the tenant. To do this, click on the desired tenant and then on "Edit". There you can assign the companies, areas and departments to the tenant.
