Removing users from the team
Users can be removed from a team under "Settings > Users > Actions > Remove access to team". In doing so, a successor is selected to whom all tasks, requests, contracts and documents are transferred. Removed users retain access to other teams. If removed by mistake, the user can be invited again.
You can remove users from a team. Go to "Settings > Users" and click the desired user. Then click "Actions > Remove access to team".
A window now opens in which you have to select the successor.
All tasks, requests, contracts and other documents are then transferred to the successor.
The removed user may still have access to other teams, just no longer to the team from which the user was removed. If you have removed a user from the team by mistake, you can simply invite the user again.
