Publication groups of information obligations
With the publication groups in preeco | data protection and preeco | information security,\_several information obligations can be bundled and, for example, published together on a website. The respective information obligations are created and combined into a publication group, which can then be embedded via link or snippet.
In the publication groups you can publish several information obligations at the same time – for example on your website.
You first create the respective information obligations and then assign them to a publication group under "Information obligations > Publication groups". Via a permanent link or a snippet - found in the read view after clicking the "Link / embed code" button - you can then embed the group, e.g. on your website. Please make sure that the publication group is set to "Active" status.
If you later add further information obligations to a publication group (or remove them from it), the contents of the link or snippet are automatically updated.
