Processing data subject requests in preeco | data protection
\_preeco | data protection enables the structured processing of data subject requests with central documentation in the system. After recording the email address of the data subject, replies can be sent directly from the software.\_
In preeco | data protection you can process data subject requests in a structured way and reply to them directly from the software by email.
To do so, open the "Requests and incidents > Data subject requests > New" area and enter all required details about the data subject request. As soon as you have recorded the email address of the data subject, the "Reply by email" button becomes visible. Use this function to answer the request directly from preeco | data protection.
Replying by email always sends only a one-time link to an encrypted page and not your message itself by email.
