Performing data exports
In preeco | data protection and information security, administrators can export all organization data under "Settings > Document export". The function is only available with the corresponding rights and delivers the documents as a ZIP file in PDF or DOCX format. Upon completion, administrators are informed by email; the download is available for 48 hours. In addition, tabular views can be exported directly from the application as PDF, XLSX or DOCX. Numerous data types can be exported, such as technical and organizational measures, processing activities, privacy policies, contracts, trainings, audits, risk analyses as well as AI-related documents.
Document export for administrators
Under "Settings > Document export" you will find the option to export the data of an entire organization. The function requires administrator rights. After creation, the documents are created as a ZIP in PDF or DOCX format. You are informed by email about the completion of an export and the export is then available for download for 48 hours.
