Performing a document transfer
In preeco | data protection and preeco | information security, documents can be transferred across teams, provided that administrator rights exist in all participating teams. The transfer is started via the settings and enables a structured handover of numerous document types. After the transfer is completed, about which you are informed by email, links between documents are lost and must be set again; file attachments, comments and tasks are not carried over.
In preeco | data protection and preeco | information security you can transfer documents across teams within the application. The transfer requires administrator rights in all participating teams and enables a structured handover of content.
Under "Settings > Document transfers > New" you can open a new copy process.
Here you enter the description and specify from which team to which team you want to transfer.

Data breaches
Data transfer impact assessments

Consent forms
Information obligations

You will receive a message by email as soon as the document transfer is completed.
Links between documents are lost and must be set again. Created file attachments, comments and tasks, etc. are not carried over.
