Message forms
Message forms can be created under \"Messages > Message forms > New\" and assigned to an organizational unit. Under \"Actions > Edit\" you can set the domain and recipient email address for notifications. After you have named it and assigned it to the correct organizational unit, you can enter your desired domain and define the recipients for the notification under "Actions > Edit" in the "Form properties" section. The recipient then receives an email with a notification as soon as a message arrives.
Once the recipient email address has been entered, the embed code is created, which you can use to embed the form directly on your website. This way, messages can be sent to you in a targeted and straightforward manner via your website.
