Linked documents

In preeco | data protection and preeco | information security, linked documents can be created that inherit essential content of the original document and can only be changed there. Linked documents can be created in policies, TOMs, data processing systems, information obligations, processing activities and AI TOMs and can be assigned to another organization.\_Keywords: linked documents, original document, essential content, changes, organization, policies, TOMs, processing activities.

In preeco I data protection and preeco | information security you have the option to work with linked documents. When you create a linked document, it inherits the essential content with every change of the original document. The essential content can also only be changed in the original document and not in the linked document.

You can create linked documents in the functional areas policies, TOMs, data processing systems, information obligations, processing activities, processing activities on behalf and AI TOMs.


To do so, go to "Actions > Create linked document". You can of course also assign the newly created document to another organization.
