Interface language and document language

In preeco | data protection and preeco | information security a distinction is made between interface language and document language. The interface language can be selected from 24 languages in your profile, while the document language is set for the team under \"Settings > Languages and translation\". In preeco | data protection and preeco | information security a distinction is made between the language in which the interface is displayed and the language in which the document content is created.

Interface language vs. document language

The content of a document is always output in the document language. The field label is always in the interface language and the field content in the document language.

To select your interface language, go to your profile at the bottom left, click on the "Language" tab and there, under "Edit", select one of 24 available languages.

Available languages are: German, English, French, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Greek, Estonian, Finnish, Hungarian, Japanese, Lithuanian, Latvian, Dutch, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Swedish, Chinese (simplified).

To select your document language go to "Settings > Languages and translation". Here you can select which document languages are available for your team.

In addition, you can configure automated translations for your team here. To do this, you need the DeepL API key.
