In preeco | data protection and information security, training participants can be imported easily and flexibly via XLSX file, without any fixed requirements for column names or their order. After uploading the file via the import function, a mapping area opens in which the columns can be individually assigned to the desired fields (such as name, email, position, etc.) or excluded from the import. This keeps the design of the import file freely selectable and adaptable.
In preeco | data protection and preeco | information security, training participants can be imported flexibly via XLSX file – without any fixed requirements for column names or their order. Select the desired training via the "Trainings" navigation and choose your import file via "Participants > New > Import XLSX".
Optionally, you can specify whether the first row already contains column headers. After uploading, the "Mapping" section opens automatically.
There the system detects the columns of your Excel file and displays them directly. You can now define which columns should be imported and to which field (e.g. first name, last name, position, email, etc.) the corresponding entries in your file are assigned. This way you retain maximum flexibility in designing your import file. If certain columns should not be transferred, they can simply be excluded with the "Do not import" option.
