Hide the activity log
In the preeco | data protection and preeco | information security application, the activity log, which documents changes to documents and their timestamps by specific users, can be completely hidden for all user groups except administrators, so that this information is not visible to regular users. It is deactivated via "Settings > User groups" by switching off the "Show in menu & Read" options under "Functions > Activities".

You can switch this off under "Settings > User groups". Here, under "Functions > Activities",
