Email address has changed - selecting a successor
To replace a user with a new email address, invite the new user via \"Settings > Users > Invite user\" and remove the old user via \"Actions > Remove access to team\". When doing so, select the new user as the successor in order to transfer all tasks and requests. The activity log and revisions remain unchanged. Go to "Settings > Users" and click on the desired user.
Click on "Actions > Remove access to team".
A window opens in which you must select the successor. Here you select the newly created user.
All tasks, requests, follow-ups, etc. are thereby transferred to the successor.
The activity log as well as the revisions remain in place and still contain the user name that triggered a corresponding action.
If you have access to multiple teams, you would have to carry out this process for each team individually.
