Easily upload contracts and flexibly add attachments
In preeco | data protection and information security, important documents such as data processing agreements, joint controllership contracts and consent forms can be easily uploaded and centrally managed. Users navigate via the contract management, name and assign their documents and can add both main documents and any number of attachments. This ensures clear and efficient document management.
In preeco | data protection and preeco | information security you can upload and manage important documents such as data processing agreements, joint controllership contracts or consent forms quite easily. To do so, simply navigate to "Contracts". Here, under "New > Upload file", you can name the contract, assign it and store a file as the main document in the "Document" section.
If you want to add further documents or attachments, open the "Files" tab. Here you can upload any number of additional files.
This way both contracts and consent forms can be managed centrally and clearly together with all required attachments.
This way you keep an overview of your most important documents at all times and ensure efficient and flexible management.
