Inviting new users to preeco | data protection and preeco | information security is straightforward and can be done directly in the system. To invite a new user, first navigate to "Settings > Users" and select the option "Invite user" there. In the next step, enter the email address of the desired user. Then assign the user to a suitable user group and select the appropriate language for the email invitation and the affiliation. In addition, you have the option to enable the prompt to activate two-factor authentication (2FA) for increased security. Finally, send the invitation. The invited person then receives an email with a registration link and can log in to preeco directly through it.
