Different permissions and roles

In preeco | whistleblower, administrators have full system permissions and can centrally manage all reports as well as organizations and users. Ombudspersons see all reports of the organizations assigned to them, can thus work across organizations, but do not gain access to areas not assigned to them. Case handlers only process the reports that have been individually assigned to them, and only if they were previously assigned to the respective organization. This keeps processing strictly bound to organizational affiliation.

Administrators have comprehensive permissions within the system: They have unrestricted access to all reports and can centrally manage all organizations as well as their users.


Ombudspersons are granted access to all reports of the organizations that have been activated for them in the "Affiliations" section. This allows them to operate across organizations without gaining insight into areas not assigned to them.

Case handlers only see the reports that are assigned to them and can also edit them. However, this assignment is only possible if they were previously assigned in the "Affiliation" section of the respective organization. This ensures that case handlers act exclusively within the intended organizational framework.
