Cross-team access to documents
In preeco | data protection and information security, users can only view and edit documents within their own team, as there are no cross-team access rights. Each user has their own affiliation and user group in each team and can only access the documents released to them within that team.

If a user is an administrator in two teams, they can copy documents from one team to the other via the Settings > Document transfer function.
