Creating & modifying a web form (data processing agreement & consent forms)
\_Data processing agreements and consent forms can be created and provided as digital web forms in preeco | data protection. The forms can either be shared directly via a public URL or seamlessly integrated into your own website using an embedding code. Subsequent changes to the content require resetting the status to „In progress\" and recreating the web form.
You can create data processing agreements and consent forms as web forms in preeco | data protection and provide them digitally. Web forms can be created by all users who have the permission to edit the respective document. To do so, navigate to "Contracts > Consent forms" or "Contracts > Data processing agreements" and select "New" to create a new document. Enter the desired content, fill in all required fields and then click on "Actions > Create web form".
After creation, the "Web form" section opens with two options for provision. The first option is a public URL, that is, a direct link to the web form. This link can be sent by email or linked on websites. Recipients open the form in a new browser tab. The second option is an embedding code. With this code you can embed the form directly on your website, so that it is seamlessly integrated into your page and recipients stay on your website.
If you want to subsequently change the content of an already created web form, open the document and reset the status via "Actions" to "In progress". Make your changes, save the document and recreate the web form via "Actions > Create web form". Only then will your changes be applied to the published web form.
