Create a new training
First, you need to create a new training via the "Trainings > New" tab. Here you enter the title of your desired training under "General > Name" and assign the training under "Affiliation > Organization".
Under "Edit" you have the option to:
• describe the training
• configure the settings for when the training is available and how long it should remain available
• determine whether the training can be repeated e.g. if you did not pass the training
• what percentage of questions participants must answer correctly to pass the training
Then upload the previously created template under "Training template".
Invite training participants
Under the "Participants" section you can add participants in several ways: "New > Add participant", "New > Load from contacts" or "New > Import Excel table".
In the respective participant profile you can see the start and completion of the training. Under "Actions" you can download certificates of participation or delete the participation.
Participants can take part in trainings in two ways:
1. Via email invitation: All participants with an email address automatically receive an invitation when the training is released
2. Via participation code: Using "New > Generate participation codes" you create the desired number of codes. The generated link is also available to you for participation via participation code.
