Changes to already released trainings
After a training has been released in preeco | data protection and information security, certain settings such as "General", "Assignment", "Settings" and "Training template" can no longer be changed without resetting the progress of all invited participants. Before releasing it, all content and details should therefore be checked carefully. The availability of the training can be adjusted afterwards via "Actions > Change availability". New participants as well as additional participation codes can be added at any time without affecting the existing progress.
Please note that after a training has been released, certain settings can no longer be changed without resetting the training progress of all participants who have already been invited. Therefore, before releasing it, check carefully whether all relevant information and content has been fully entered, and also pay attention to the corresponding warning notices in the application.
You can adjust the availability of the training afterwards via the special function "Change availability". You will find the option in the read view of the training under "Actions > Change availability".
New participants can be added at any time, or additional participation codes can be created, without affecting the training progress of the existing participants. If participants with email addresses are added to an already released training, then the new participants directly receive the invitation to participate by email.
