An overview in 5 minutes: how to read your degree of fulfillment in the ISMS Cockpit
The ISMS Cockpit offers a consolidated overview of all activated requirements catalogs and their implementation status. Key figure tiles, a detailed breakdown by assessment status and several tabs for requirements, tasks and deadlines make it possible to identify open items quickly. The degree of fulfillment refers exclusively to the requirements classified as applicable and serves as a well-founded basis for audits and reports.
The ISMS Cockpit is your consolidated view of all activated requirements catalogs. Here you can see the degree of fulfillment, open tasks and upcoming deadlines at a glance – the basis for management reports, internal audits and certification procedures. This way you gain a reliable overview of the implementation status of your information security management system within a few minutes.
Opening the cockpit
Use the product switch at the top of the left navigation bar to change to the "ISMS" area and open "Cockpit". The heading shows the active framework and the current degree of fulfillment, for example "ISMS Cockpit · ISO/IEC 27001" with the addition "Degree of fulfillment 42 % · 39/93 fulfilled".
The four key figure tiles
At the top of the cockpit you see four key figures: "Degree of fulfillment" (the share of fulfilled requirements as a percentage), "Open tasks" (with a note on overdue ones), "Applicable requirements" (in relation to the total number, with a note on those classified as "not applicable") and "Next deadline" (the next upcoming implementation deadline).
Breakdown by assessment status
Below that follows the distribution of the requirements across the individual assessment statuses: Not assessed, Not fulfilled, Partially, Fulfilled, Not applicable, Accepted (exception) as well as due follow-ups and the implementation level of the measures. This way you immediately recognize where the focus of the open work lies.
The three tabs
The "Requirements" tab shows all requirements of the active catalogs, grouped by the chapters of the standard. The "Tasks" tab bundles all to-dos linked to requirements. The "Deadlines" tab lists the implementation deadlines, so that you recognize early on what is due next.
Tip
Use the "Applicable requirements" key figure as your reference value – the degree of fulfillment always refers to the applicable requirements, not to all requirements. Requirements classified as "not applicable" therefore do not reduce your degree of fulfillment.
