Data processing agreements and consent declarations can be created as web forms and provided digitally in preeco | datenschutz. Web forms can be created by all users who have permission to edit the respective document. Navigate to "Contracts > Consent Declarations" or "Contracts > Data Processing Agreements" and select "New" to create a new document. Enter the desired content, fill in all required fields, and then click "Actions > Create Web Form".
After creation, the "Web Form" section opens with two options for provision. The first option is a public URL, a direct link to the web form. This link can be sent by email or linked on websites. Recipients open the form in a new browser tab. The second option is an embed code. With this code, you can embed the form directly on your website so that it is seamlessly integrated into your page and recipients stay on your website.
If you want to subsequently change the content of an already created web form, open the document and reset the status via "Actions" back to "In Progress". Make your changes, save the document, and recreate the web form via "Actions > Create Web Form". Only then will your changes be applied to the published web form.
