Easily Upload Contracts and Flexibly Add Attachments
In preeco | datenschutz and informationssicherheit, important documents such as data processing agreements, joint controllership agreements, and consent declarations can be easily uploaded and centrally managed. Users navigate to the contract management section, name and assign their documents, and can add both main documents and any number of attachments. This ensures clear and efficient document management.
In preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit, you can easily upload and manage important documents such as data processing agreements, joint controllership agreements, or consent declarations. Simply navigate to "Contracts". Here you can upload the contract under "New > Upload File", name it, assign it, and attach a file as the main document in the "Document" section.
If you want to add further documents or attachments, open the "Files" tab. Here you can upload any number of additional files.
This way, both contracts and consent declarations along with all required attachments can be managed centrally and clearly.
