Publication Groups for Privacy Notices
With the publication groups in preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit, multiple privacy notices can be bundled and published together on a website, for example. The respective privacy notices are created and grouped into a publication group, which can then be embedded via a link or snippet.
In publication groups, you can publish multiple privacy notices simultaneously – for example, on your website.
First, create the respective privacy notices and then assign them to a publication group under "Privacy Notices > Publication Groups". Using a permanent link or a snippet – found in the reading view after clicking the "Link / Embed Code" button – you can then embed the group on your website, for example. Please make sure that the publication group is set to the status "Active".
If you later add (or remove) additional privacy notices to a publication group, the content of the link or snippet will be updated automatically.
