Easily Manage Document Links in preeco
In preeco | datenschutz and informationssicherheit, you can link documents together for better organization and remove these links at any time as needed. You have the choice of either deleting the entire document or only removing the link without deleting the document itself. This can be specifically managed via the respective tabs, for example under "Collaboration" or "Risk Analysis", so you can flexibly adjust your document structure.
Managing links in preeco
In preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit, you have the option to link documents together to keep your work processes organized. In the reading and editing view, you will find helpful options in the various tabs such as checklists or surveys that make organization easier.
Removing links
Existing links can be removed at any time. There are two options for this:
1. Delete document completely
If you no longer need the linked document, you can remove it entirely:
- Select the desired document in the table in the respective tab (e.g., checklists or surveys)
- Click on "Actions > Delete"
- This will delete both the document and the link
2. Remove only the link
If you want to keep the document but remove the link, proceed as follows:
- Navigate under "Collaboration" to the corresponding topic area (e.g., surveys) or under "Risks > Risk Analysis" to the relevant document
- Select "Actions > Edit"
- In the "Linked with" field, you can specifically remove the existing link
This way, you always maintain control over your document structure and can flexibly adapt it to your requirements.
