Linked Documents

In preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit, linked documents can be created that inherit essential content from the original document and can only be modified there. Linked documents can be created in policies, TOMs, data processing systems, privacy notices, processing activities, and AI TOMs and can be assigned to a different organization.

In preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit, you have the option to work with linked documents. When you create a linked document, it inherits the essential content from the original document with every change. The essential content can only be modified in the original document and not in the linked document.

Linked documents can be created in the functional areas of policies, TOMs, data processing systems, privacy notices, processing activities, processing activities on behalf, and AI TOMs.


To do this, go to "Actions > Create Linked Document". You can of course also assign the newly created document to a different organization.
