Different Rights and Roles
In preeco | hinweisgeber, administrators have full system rights and can manage all reports as well as organizations and users centrally. Ombudspersons can see all reports of the organizations assigned to them, enabling them to work across organizations, but they do not have access to unassigned areas. Case workers only process the reports individually assigned to them, and only if they have been previously assigned to the respective organization. This keeps processing strictly tied to organizational affiliation.
Administrators have comprehensive rights within the system: They have unrestricted access to all reports and can centrally manage all organizations and their users.
Ombudspersons receive access to all reports of the organizations that have been activated for them in the "Affiliations" section. This allows them to work across organizations without gaining insight into unassigned areas.
Case Workers can only see the reports assigned to them and can process them accordingly. However, this assignment is only possible if they have been previously assigned to the respective organization in the "Affiliation" section. This ensures that case workers operate exclusively within the intended organizational framework.
