Please note: The affiliation of a text module to a specific organization depends on how and where you create the text module. This can lead to some users not being able to see or use certain text modules.

There are basically three ways to create a text module, and the affiliation depends on this:

If you create a text module directly in the document by entering text and pressing the Enter key, it is automatically assigned to the organization to which the current document belongs. If you use the plus symbol in the document instead, you will be explicitly asked which organization the new text module should be assigned to, allowing you to set the affiliation individually. When creating a text module under "Settings > Text Modules > New", you also select the desired organization yourself.

Therefore, always make sure to select the correct organization when creating text modules. This ensures that the desired users have access to the appropriate text modules and provides a clear structure and security in usage.

If you subsequently discover that there is an affiliation conflict, please contact your administrators.

Administrators can click on the respective pencil icon in the edit view to view and, if necessary, change the affiliation of the text module.
