What is a text module duplicate?

A text module duplicate is a text module with exactly the same content.

Where can I find the display?

Under "Settings > Text Modules" you can filter your overview so that all duplicates are displayed.

To do this, check the box at "Columns > Number of Duplicates".

What rights do I need for the display?

Administrator rights

Where is "Resolve"? What options are available?

Click on the duplicate, go to "Actions > Resolve Duplicates". A window will open with options for resolving.

Desired result:

One element with affiliation "All Organizations"
or
One element with affiliation to all necessary organizations

"All Organizations" means that after the process is complete, only one text module exists that belongs to all organizations.

"All necessary organizations" means that the text module, which previously existed separately for different organizational units, then only exists once but belongs to the different organizational units.

Please note that resolving duplicates may take some time. During this process, duplicates may continue to appear. You will receive a confirmation message after the process is complete.
