Remind Training Participants / Allow Retake / Delete Participants
In the "Training > Training > Participants" section, you can delete participants, send reminders, or allow retakes. Options include: delete all participants, delete incomplete participations, resend invitation link, and enable retake for failed participations. Keywords: training participants, delete, remind, retake, not completed, not passed, invitation link.
You can also remind training participants from within preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit about their incomplete training, allow a retake, or remove participants.
Go to "Training > Training" and then to the "Participants" section. In the "Actions" button, you have the following options:
- Delete all participants
Warning: after confirmation, all participants will be permanently deleted from the training regardless of their status. - Delete incomplete participations
Only removes participants from the table who had not yet completed the training - Resend link to incomplete participations
The participation email will be resent to participants who have not yet fully completed the training - Allow retake for failed participations
Participants who did not pass the training can retake it after this action is executed.
