In preeco | datenschutz and preeco | informationssicherheit, training participants can be imported flexibly via XLSX file – without any fixed requirements for column names or their order. Via the navigation "Training", select the desired training and choose "Participants > New > Import XLSX" to select your import file.

Optionally, you can specify whether the first row already contains column headers. After uploading, the "Mapping" section opens automatically.

There, the system recognizes the columns of your Excel file and displays them directly. You can then specify which columns should be imported and which field (e.g. first name, last name, position, email, etc.) the corresponding data in your file should be mapped to. This way, you maintain maximum flexibility in designing your import file. If certain columns should not be imported, they can simply be excluded using the "Do not import" option.
