Reseller - tenant setup

Resellers can independently create new tenants in preeco | datenschutz under Settings, Organizations, and Tenants. During setup, the name, employee count, optional training module, and contract period start date are defined. After creation, existing organizations such as companies, divisions, and departments can be assigned to the tenant via the edit function.

In preeco | datenschutz, resellers can independently create and manage their tenants. Tenant management is located under "Settings > Organizations" under the Tenants menu item.

A new tenant can be created via the "New" button.

When setting up a new tenant, enter the tenant name and optionally notes in the "General" section.

In the "Costs" section, select the number of employees for your tenant and specify whether the training module should be booked for this tenant. The training module enables trainings to be used for the respective tenant. Then set the start date of the contract period. The end of the first contract period is calculated automatically and is always one year from the chosen start date. After the first contract period ends, the tenant is automatically renewed for another year at cost. Should the employee count change at a later date, please inform us. We will then adjust this accordingly.

Subsequently, you can assign the already booked organizations to the tenant. Click on the desired tenant and then on "Edit". There you can assign companies, divisions, and departments to the tenant.
